· TAKE EASTERN BLVD TOWARDS CHASE (IT WILL BE THE SECOND EXIT FOR EASTERN BLVD). FOLLOW EASTERN BLVD THROUGH ESSEX AND IN TO CHASE. EASTERN REGIONAL PARK WILL BE ON YOUR RIGHT.
From The West:
· FROM I 70 (EAST)
· FOLLOW I 70 (EAST) AS IT BEARS LEFT
· CONTINUE ONTO RAMP TO I 695 (SOUTH-EAST) [BALTIMORE BELTWAY]
· CONTINUE ONTO HIGHWAY 702 (EAST)

I understand that in cheerleading, as in any other athletic endeavor, there is a real chance of serious injury and/or sickness to my child. I agree to hold harmless The MOT Youth Football and Cheerleading League, Inc., Town of Middletown, Appoquinmink School District , their facilities including Middletown High School, from any liability in the event of sickness and/or injury to my child.
I authorize the officers of S MOT Youth Football and Cheerleading League, Inc. and the volunteers assisting MOT Youth Football and Cheerleading League, Inc. to authorize transportation of my child to a licensed medical facility and/or hospital and to authorize emergency medical treatment of my child.

- Washington, D.C. (approximately 100 miles)
- New York City (approximately 140 miles)

From the North and the East :
- Take I-95 South to Delaware Exit 1-B - Route 896 North. (Visitors driving from Pennsylvania should be aware of temporary I-95 closings and traffic pattern changes. Please read road signs carefully). Continue straight, and the Bob Carpenter Center will be on your right just after the Routes 4/896 intersection.
From the South and the West:
- Take I-95 North to Delaware Exit 1 - Route 896 North. Continue straight on Route 896 North, and the Bob Carpenter Center will be on your right just after the Routes 4/896 intersection.
Alternate Route: Take I-95 North to Maryland Exit 109B - Route 279 north (also called Route 2). Proceed on this road which becomes Elkton Road, into Newark. Turn right at the intersection of Routes 2 (279) and 4. Turn left at intersection of Routes 4/896. The Bob Carpenter Center is located on the right.
